Our exciting new activities plan and social calendar mean that Brídhaven is a place where our residents can enjoy their lives to the full, as well as integrate within their local community. We often enjoy hosting indoor and outdoor events. We understand that providing a range of interesting, creative and fun activities can make a huge difference to our residents sense of well being and happiness.
There have been many fun days, summer parties and outings enjoyed by our residents throughout the year. The event which topped the bill was our “Rose Ball”. Our Social Care Team did the most amazing job in recreating our very own Rose of Tralee event. It was an evening of glitz and glamour with red carpet, podium, our very own MC and champagne glasses of bubbly! Our residents, appropriately dressed for the occasion wore balls gowns, tiaras and the gents were suited and booted. Many of our residents thoroughly the opportunity to be a “Rose”. It was made extra special by the involvement of the local community who contributed equipment, gowns etc and helped make the evening such an enjoyable time for our residents.
